13.\nApprove the Cooperative Agreement with the City of Fullerton, in an amount estimated to be\n$518,950, for Anaheim’s pro-rata share for the design, construction, and administration of\nAnaheim’s portion of the Raymond Avenue Improvements from Burton Street to Orangethorpe\nAvenue, and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and\nany related documents, and to take any and all actions as are necessary to implement and\nadminister the agreement.
