11.\nApprove the First Amendment to Agreement, in substantial form, with Sequoia Concepts, Inc.\ndba Sequoia Financial Services, Inc. for collection services of unpaid and delinquent\nmiscellaneous accounts receivable due to the City, extending the term of the agreement for one\nadditional year to expire on August 31, 2026 and authorize the Finance Director/City Treasurer to\nexecute the First Amendment and other documents necessary to implement and administer the\nAgreement and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and\nconditions of the Agreement, as determined by the City Attorney’s Office.
