6.\nNovember 4, 2025\nAWARD OF THE COSTA MESA FIRE STATION NO. 3 ABOVE 25-553\nGROUND STORAGE TANK INSTALLATION, CITY PROJECT NO.\n25-12\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Public Works Agreement (PWA) in the amount of $409,996 to\nFleming Environmental, Inc., Fullerton, CA, to install a new above ground\ndiesel storage tank, fuel management solution, and accompanying items at\nthe Costa Mesa Fire Station No. 3.\n2. Authorize an additional ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of\n$41,000 as needed for any unforeseen costs related to the project.\n3. Authorize the Interim City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the PWA\nand any future amendments to the agreement within Council authorized\nlimits.\nAttachments: 1. Bid Abstract\n2.
