13. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nIMPROVEMENTS ON MAIN STREET AND BARSTOW ROAD PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve and award the construction management contract for the Traffic Signal\nImprovements to Main Street and Barstow Road Project to Transtech, Inc. in the amount of\n$128,580.\n2. Grant the City Manager, or her designee, the authority to sign the construction management\nservices agreement and any related documents.
