Approve the amendments to various funds and accounts in the City's adopted FY2024/2025\nOperating and Capital Improvement Budget as outlined in the attached proposed Budget\nAmendment Attachment A.\n2. Adopt the updated FY 2024/2025 carry forward budget and appropriate the funding for FY\n2026, including the associated revenue and expenditure transfers, as identified in Attachment\nB.

That the City Council adopt a Resolution No. ____-2025 amending the Fiscal Year\n2025/2026 Publicly Available Pay Schedule to confirm the Police Chief Salary Range,\nreclassify the Emergency Medical Services Specialist, and adopt a new Multimedia\nCoordinator position.. There is no fiscal impact from the Police Chief Salary Range action as\nthis is an administrative action confirming the existing salary range.\n2. EMSS: There is no fiscal impact from adopting this Resolution as the Emergency Medical\nServices Specialist position is a reclassification of the current position of Fire Investigator to\nEMSS at Step 11460- $77,000-$93,978.\n3.
