12. FY2024/2025 PROPOSED BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR YEAR-END CLEAN-UP\nADJUSTMENTS AND BUDGET CARRY FORWARDS.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the amendments to various funds and accounts in the City's adopted FY2024/2025\nOperating and Capital Improvement Budget as outlined in the attached proposed Budget\nAmendment Attachment A.\n2. Adopt the updated FY 2024/2025 carry forward budget and appropriate the funding for FY\n2026, including the associated revenue and expenditure transfers, as identified in Attachment\nB.
