An Amendment to the Victorville Municipal Code with an environmental exemption,\nto adopt amendments to Chapter 7 of Title 16 of the Victorville Municipal Code\nrelating to Business License processes, including the introduction of live scan\nprocedures and other minor administrative updates\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Find the Municipal Code Amendment exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3);\n(4) Introduce Ordinance No. 2459 for adoption and first reading by title only; and\n(5) Waive further reading in full of proposed Ordinance No. 2459.
