5.\nSenior Center Roof Replacement Project -Town Project No. 8061\nAward of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:That the Town Council:\n• Approves the award of a construction contract with Letner Roofing\nCompany, in the amount of $187,000.00 to construct Senior Center Roof\nReplacement;\n• Authorizes construction, construction contingencies, and inspection costs in\nthe total amount of $240,000.00; and\n• Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to execute the\nagreement, and authorizes the Town Manager to expend contingency funds,\nif necessary, for project completion.
