Item 200:\nFourth Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of San Diego and SAP Public\nServices, Inc. for Software Licensing, Maintenance, Support, and Technical Advisory\nServices Related to the SAP Systems of the City of San Diego.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nIncreasing the not-to-exceed amount by $38,125,000.
