4.6 AWARD CONTRACT TO CT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. FOR CITY HALL\nFLOORING AND PAINT PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve Contract Documents, Specifications, and Plans for City Hall Flooring and\nPaint Project;\n2. Award a contract in the amount of $153,679.58 to CT Construction Services, Inc.\nas the lowest responsible bidder for the City Hall Flooring and Paint Project;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with CT Construction Services,\nInc.;\n4. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to CT Construction Services, Inc.\nup to $153,679.58 plus $15,357.96 (10% of the contract amount) to allow for\ncontingencies, totaling $169,047.38; and
