4.5 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR POINTE AIR\nCONDITIONING & CONTROL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement with Harbor Pointe Air\nConditioning & Control Systems, Inc. to perform HVAC maintenance services that\nextends the term one year and increases the total compensation under the\nagreement by $34,000 for a total amount of $134,000; and\n2.
