CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH RJM DESIGN GROUP FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR PROJECT NO. 1368 CARRIAGE CREST PARK\nEXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with RJM\nDesign Group, Inc. for Project No. 1368, Carriage Crest Park Expansion and Improvements\nProject, for an additional amount of $200,000, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to\n$1,104,455, and extending the term of the contract until June 30, 2026; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Professional\nServices Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
