CONSIDER APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING A FUNDING TRANSFER\nFOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1610: FOISIA PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSIDER\nRESOLUTION 25-131, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a supplemental budget in the amount of approximately $100,000.00 for Capital\nImprovement Project No. 1610: Foisia Park Improvements, to cover the cost of replacing hydroseed with sod.\n— 2. WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 25-131, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF\nCARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND\nAND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS" to transfer funds between 101-99-999-904-8009 and 101-99999-904-8008 to fully fund this supplemental budget.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.\nDISCUSSION (Items 30-32)
