28. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE SUCCESSOR PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS\nANGELES/ORANGE COUNTIES BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL AND THE\nSIGNATORY CRAFT COUNCILS AND UNIONS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Successor Project Labor Agreement with the Los Angeles/Orange\nCounties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions\nfor a term of five (5) years with three one-year renewals; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the same upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
