(19)\n25-1202\nPUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the addition of\none Civil Engineering Associate IV resolution authority for the Bureau\nof Engineering (BOE) Sidewalk Repair Program.\nRecommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Hernandez\n– Yaroslavsky), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the addition of one Civil Engineering Associate IV\nresolution authority for the BOE Sidewalk Repair Program to\nprovide technical expertise, knowledge, and skills and\nsupplement the capacity of the Bureau's ADA Coordinator, and\nto TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $105,859.12 from the\nSidewalk Repair Fund No. 57F/50, Account No. 50Y178 (BOE\nDepartmental Appropriation) and $100,000 from Account No.\n50A178 [TOTAL: $205,859.12] to the Sidewalk Repair Fund No.\n57F/50, Account No. 50C178 to fund the position.\n2. AUTHORIZE the BOE to make any technical corrections,\nclarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\naccounting corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be\nmade orally, electronically, or by any other means.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
