(15)\n25-1061\nENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT and BUDGET AND FINANCE\nCOMMITTEES’ REPORT relative to a grant agreement from the United\nStates Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for a Brownfields\nCommunity-Wide Assessment (CWA) Grant.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Director, Bureau of Sanitation, and General\nManager, Bureau of Sanitation, to negotiate, accept, execute,\nand submit all documents, including, but not limited to,\napplications, agreements, amendments, and payment requests\netc., subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form,\nwhich may be necessary to secure grant funds from the EPA for\na CWA Grant.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying Resolution\nacceptance of the USEPA CWA Grant.\nfor\nauthorizing\nFiscal Impact Statement: The Board of Public Works reports that\nthere is no impact to the General Fund.
