AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS), with the support\nof the Economic and Workforce Development Department and\nany other necessary departments, to apply for the USEPA\nBrownfields Cleanup Grant to secure funding for the\nremediation of brownfield sites in CD Eight.\n2. INSTRUCT the BOS, with the assistance of the City\nAdministrative Officer (CAO), to report on the acceptance of the\ngrant award and outline the necessary administrative and\nlegislative steps required to leverage EPA funds for the project.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
