(7)\n25-0906\nARTS, PARKS, LIBRARIES, AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT\nCOMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to authorizing an\nappropriation from the Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) to\nthe Information Technology Agency (ITA) for communication services in\nFiscal Year (FY) 2025-26.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. ADOPT the accompanying Resolution, attached to Council file\nNo. 25-0906, authorizing the appropriation in the amount of\n$400,000 from the RAP to the ITA for the communication\nservices the ITA provides to the RAP in FY 2025-26.\n2. AUTHORIZE the following appropriation from the RAP to ITA:\n$400,000 from Fund No.302/89, Account No. 89712H,\nComputer System Development to Fund No. 100/32, Account\nNo. 009350, Communication Services.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Chief Accounting Employee, RAP, to transfer\ncash and reimburse ITA’s General Fund on an as-needed basis\nup to the appropriation amount set forth above upon receipt of\nproper documentation and approval from RAP’s IT Division.\n4. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Chief Accounting\nEmployee, or designee, RAP, to make technical corrections as\nnecessary, consistent with the intent of the Report.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The Board of Recreation and Park\nCommissioners reports that the recommended appropriation and\ntransfer of funds will have no negative impact on the RAP General\nFund as the source of funds shall be from RAP’s special fund.
