CONSIDERATION OF ENTERING INTO A MILLS ACT CONTRACT FOR THE\nPROPERTY LOCATED AT 1000 BUENA VISTA STREET\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that City Council find that the project qualifies for an exemption under\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15308, Class 8 and\napprove and authorize the entering into a Mills Act contract with the property owners of\n1000 Buena Vista Street.
