7.\nCONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WBCP INC., FOR RECRUITMENT\nSEARCH SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED OF $7,000 FOR A NEW\nTOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $83,800\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approval of the proposed fourth\namendment to the professional services agreement with WBCP Inc., to amend the\ncompensation for recruitment search services and add the recruitment services for a\nChief City Clerk, in an amount not to exceed of $7,000, for a new total contract amount of\n$83,800.
