11.A. Adopt a Resolution to Cast Votes for a City Member to the San Gabriel Basin Water\nQuality Authority Board\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a resolution voting for a City Member to represent cities with prescriptive\npumping rights on the Board of the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority;\n2. Directing the City Clerk to send a copy of the Resolution to the San Gabriel Basin\nWater Quality Authority to receive no later than December 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.;\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
