8.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a 25-1052\nPercentage Property Lease Agreement with Givino Rossini,\nDBA Kettle on Coast, for the use of City-owned property\nlocated at 223 North Coast Highway, for a five-year term,\nwith one five-year extension option, for the purpose of\noperating a bakery/restaurant for a five-year minimum total\nrevenue of $462,000; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
