9.\nHDB:\nStaff recommends that the Harbor District Board of 25-1061\nDirectors approve a Public Works Agreement (PWA) to\nBellingham Marine Industries Inc. (BMI), in the amount of\n$3,358,701, for the full replacement of R and S Docks in\nthe Oceanside Harbor Marina, including fabrication,\ninstallation, electrical drawings, fire suppression lines,\npermitting, and inspections; approve BMI as a sole source;\nappropriate $2,136,285 from the Harbor Unrestricted Fund\nBalance; and authorize the City Manager, or designee to\nexecute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments; and authorize the Financial Services Director,\nor designee, to execute the purchase order.
