City Council/\nCDC:\nStaff recommends that the City Council and Community 25-1001\nDevelopment Commission (CDC) adopt a resolution\nconfirming issuance of a Categorical Exemption pursuant to\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines\nSections 15302 (Replacement and Reconstruction) and\n15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small\nStructures) and approving a Regular Coastal Permit\n(RRP25-00003), allowing upgrades to the City’s existing\nwater and sewer infrastructure within portions of the\nDowntown District and Coastal areas, including 13,500 feet\nof water improvements and 16,800 feet of sewer\nimprovements, and expand the City’s recycled water\nsystem by installing 5,580 feet of new recycled water\ninfrastructure within the Downtown District and Coastal\nareas.\nA) Mayor opens public hearing\nB) Mayor requests disclosure of Councilmember and constituent contacts\nand correspondence\nC) Clerk presents correspondence and/or petitions\nD) Testimony beginning with Shannon Vitale, Senior Planner\nE) Recommendation - adopt resolution
