City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the 25-1078\ncreation of thirty (30) Provisional Fuels Crew Member\nhourly extra-help positions under the existing Hand Crew\nProgram (Measure X budget); approve the new\nclassification and salary; and authorize the reclassification\nof the FY 2025-26 Hand Crew Program appropriation of\n$300,000 to the appropriate object codes.
