10. City Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve one 25-1059\nAddition to Fleet (ATF) vehicle for the Parks and\nRecreation Department; purchase order to Olathe Ford, in\nthe amount of $122,337, for one addition to fleet vehicle\nand two replacement vehicles for the Building Division in\nthe Development Services Department; approve a\npurchase order to LEHR, in the amount of $4,778, to upfit\nthe vehicles; approve a purchase order to G&W Truck\nAccessories, in the amount of $7,472, for the purchase of\ntwo truck bed shells for the Ford Maverick vehicles;\napprove a $10,000 contingency for any changes to costs of\nprocurement and or/upfitting; and authorize the Financial\nServices Director, or designee, to execute the purchases\norder upon receipt of all supporting documents.
