6.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-1056\nAmendment 5 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Wittman Enterprises, LLC, for Emergency\nMedical Service billing services, with compensation based\non a percentage of collections from net collected revenues,\nwith a one-year contract expense estimated at $390,000, to\nextend the term of the agreement to October 15, 2026, and\nincrease the revenue and expenditure budget in the\namount of $106,024 and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Amendment.
