5.\nCity Council:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve 25-1035\nAmendment 1 to the Public Works Agreement (PWA) with\nBear Electrical Solutions, LLC, (BES) for on-call service for\ntraffic signal pole replacement, preventative maintenance\nservices, and after-hours signal service, increasing the\nannual contract amount from $100,000 to $300,000 for FY\n2025-26 and up to $400,00 for FY 2026-27 and 2027-28 for\na total not to exceed amount of $1,100,000; authorize the\nappropriation of $50,000 from General Fund Infrastructure\nFund; authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\nthe amendment upon receipt of all required documents;\nand authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee,\nto execute the change order.
