E.\nSecond Amendment to Communications Site Lease Agreement for 211\nEighth Street - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7710: 1. Approving\nthe proposed Second Amendment for an existing cell tower site on public\nproperty to increase the rent and extend the term to June 2046; and, 2.\nApproving Budget Amendment #26-05-01 accepting funds including the onetime payment and the increase in existing rents; and, 3. Directing the City\nManager to execute the Second Amendment on behalf of the City.
