9.\nApprove an Agreement for Marketing and Communications Services\nPrepared by: Jeff Draper, Recreation and Community Services Director\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a three-year agreement for marketing and communications services with\nCommunications LAB for $605,991; and\n2. Authorize a $4,672 appropriation increase in the City's General Fund; and\n3.
