Approve a contract with CityGreen for waste hauler franchise performance review\nservices, in an amount not to exceed $29,545; and\n2. Approve a $29,545 appropriation increase in the General Fund for the waste hauler\nfranchise performance review; and\n3. Increase estimated revenues by $29,545 in the General Fund for the reimbursement by\nValley Vista for the cost of the review.
