I.\nApproving the Adoption of the 2025 Seal Beach Local Hazard Mitigation\nPlan and Authorizing and Directing City Staff to Execute - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7714: 1. Adopting the 2025 Seal Beach Local\nHazard Mitigation as presented to the City Council on November 10, 2025, as\nan official plan; and, 2. Authorizing and directing staff to execute such\ndocuments and take such actions as may be necessary and proper to carry\nout the purposes of this resolution and implement the Local Hazard Mitigation\nPlan, including applying for grants to fund mitigation actions contained in the\nplan.
