Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 25-45 – A\nResolution fixing the salary rates and benefits for unrepresented employees,\nand superseding Resolution No. 23-32; and authorizing the City Manager to\nimplement that Plan as appropriate.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-45, with benefits for\nthe Unrepresented Employees, and superseding Resolution No. 23-32; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to implement that Plan as soon as appropriate; or\n3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
