D.\nSecond Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 1721, 1722, and 1723 - That\nthe City Council: 1. Conduct a second reading, read by title only, and adopt\nOrdinance 1721 titled “An Ordinance of the City of Seal Beach Amending Title\n11 (Zoning Code) of the Seal Beach Municipal Code to Establish the Mixed\nCommercial/Residential High-Density Zone and to Make Related Zoning\nCode Text Amendments to Implement the Mixed Commercial/Residential High\nDensity (Mc/Rhd) Zone;” and, 2. Conduct a second reading, read by title only,\nand adopt Ordinance 1722 titled “An Ordinance of the City of Seal Beach\nApproving a Zone Change (Housing Element Implementation Rezoning\nProgram) to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Seal Beach to\nImplement the 2021-2029 (6th Cycle) of the Housing Element of the Seal\nBeach General Plan to Fulfill State Housing Law;” and, 3. Conduct a second\nreading, read by title only, and adopt Ordinance 1723 titled “An Ordinance of\nthe City of Seal Beach to Amend Portions of the Main Street Specific Plan to\nAllow Residential Uses to Implement the 2021-2029 (6th Cycle) of the\nHousing Element of the Seal Beach General Plan to Fulfill State Housing\nLaw.”
