4.\nStaff Report\nAcceptance of Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Accept a Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program Grant from the Office of TrafficSafety\nin the Amount of $45,645;\n2) Adopt the following Resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-118 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING\nBUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY\n$45,645\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or Designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
