B.8.\nPAUL ANDREW STARKE WARRIOR AWARDS [C. SAFRIET, T.\nCARTER, D. MURRAY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will recognize December 1, 2025, as World\nAIDS Day and approve hosting the Paul Andrew Stark Warrior Awards\ncommemorative event on December 10, 2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Recognize December 1, 2025, as World AIDS\nDay and approve hosting the City’s Paul Andrew Stark Warrior Awards\nevent on December 10, 2025; 2) Authorize the installation of the AIDS\nMemorial Quilt in City Council Chambers to be displayed from December\n1, 2025, through December 15, 2025; 3) Direct staff to work with the\nCommunications Department to utilize all appropriate communication tools\nto promote these events including, but not limited to, the City’s website\nand social media platforms; and 4) Authorize the use of the City of West\nHollywood logo on materials associated with the events.
