12.\nAward of Agreement to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for Professional Services for\nEngineering and Environmental Mitigation Services for “Pedley Spreading\nGrounds - Pond Enhancements” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve awarding an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for\nprofessional services for Engineering and Environmental Mitigation Services for\n“Pedley\nSpreading\nGrounds\nPond\nEnhancements”,\nProject\nNo.\n428-2590-XXXXX-81058 in the amount of $545,964; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, to execute an agreement with Stantec Consulting\nServices, Inc., on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments,\nAttachment 1.
