7.\nAcceptance of a 2024 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) Sub-Recipient\nAward\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-140 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING\nBUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN\nTHE AMOUNT OF $50,000\n2) Accept a 2024 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP) Sub-Recipient\nAward from the Los Angeles County beginning September 1, 2024 through May 31,\n2027;\n3) Approve a Sole-Source purchase of four Spectrum Radios from Motorola in the\namount not to exceed $50,000;\n4) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
