5.\nRegular Meeting Agenda\nNovember 17, 2025\nAcceptance of the Motorcycle Safety Education and Training Program Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Accept the Motorcycle Safety Education and Training Program Grant from the Office of\nTraffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $20,000;\n2) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-119 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 SPECIAL\nOPERATING BUDGET\nTO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND\nAPPROPRIATIONS BY $20,000\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
