9.\nAward a Contract to Environmental Construction, Inc., for Construction of the “Pedley\nSpreading Grounds - Pond Enhancements” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a contract to Environmental Construction, Inc. for construction of the “Pedley\nSpreading Grounds - Pond Enhancements”, Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-81058 in\nthe amount of $3,541.863; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Environmental Construction,\nInc., on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments.
