11H. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE\nDIJE COURT AND EL PORTAL BEACH WOOD STAIRS REPLACEMENT, CIP\nPROJECT NO. 22801\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-187, which will:\n1. Reject all bids received on April 24, 2025, for the Dije Court and El Portal\nBeach Wood Stairs Replacement, CIP Project No. 22801, pursuant to\nSection 20166 of the Public Contract Code.\n2. Authorize staff to re-scope the bid package and re-bid the Dije Court and El\nPortal Beach Wood Stairs Replacement based on a revised scope of work\nthat includes replacement of the landings.
