GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Amendment to the\nAgreement for Services with T&G Global, LLC dba St. Nick’s for on-call\ndecorative lantern maintenance services increasing the not-to-exceed\namount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with T&G Global, LLC dba St. Nick’s to increase the amount\nof the agreement by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$175,000.; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.
