F.3.\nEVALUATION OF A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MINIMUM WAGE\n[J. ERICKSON, C. BYERS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing Staff to evaluate\nestablishing a Residential Construction Minimum Wage, similar to the\nproposal under consideration in the City of Los Angeles, and to analyze\nthe potential implications, feasibility, and economic impacts of adopting\nsuch a policy in the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Direct Staff to evaluate establishing a\nResidential Construction Minimum Wage, including assessing the\nfeasibility, potential impacts, and administrative considerations to adopt\nsuch a policy in the City of West Hollywood; and 2) Direct Staff to monitor\nthe similar proposal moving forward in the City of Los Angeles and\nmaintain a similar timeline for the City of West Hollywood’s evaluation and\nreview process.
