3)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH IGNITE THE\nLIGHT OF HOPE FOUNDATION FOR FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS, HOME GROCERY DELIVERY, AND\nRELATED FUNDRAISING SUPPORT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a first amendment with Ignite the Light of Hope Foundation (Contract No. 2412(a))\nextending the agreement for one year to continue food distributions and direct to home\ngrocery delivery services, and to provide related fundraising support; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute\nthe Agreement.
