B.14. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENEW THE\nWEST HOLLYWOOD TOURISM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT [L. BIERY,\nP. KESPRADIT, L. D’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council of the City of West Hollywood (“City”) will\nconsider adopting a Resolution declaring its intention to renew the West\nHollywood Tourism Improvement District (WeHoTID) and setting the time\nand place of a public hearing to consider the renewal and increased\nassessment.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO RENEW THE WEST\nHOLLYWOOD TOURISM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (WEHOTID) AND\nFIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC MEETING AND A PUBLIC\nHEARING”; and 2) Direct Staff to publish a notice notifying the public that\nthe City Council will conduct a Public Meeting on January 20, 2026, and a\npublic hearing to be held on February 17, 2026 on the renewal of the West\nHollywood Tourism Improvement District (WeHoTID) and the levy of\nassessments on certain lodging businesses.
