10.\nAward of Agreement to Lee & Ro, Inc., for Professional Services for the Construction\nManagement and Inspection Services for “Pedley Spreading Grounds - Pond\nEnhancements” Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve entering into an agreement with Lee & Ro, Inc., for professional services for\nthe Construction Management and Inspection Services for “Pedley Spreading\nGrounds - Pond Enhancements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-81058 in the amount\nof $368,670; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Lee & Ro, Inc., on behalf of\nthe City and any subsequent documents or amendments.
