18.\nAward of Professional Consultant Services Agreement for the Update to the Pavement\nManagement Program to ICC-IMS\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a one-year contract to ICC-IMS to develop a Pavement Management Plan\nUpdate to the City’s Pavement Management Program (PMP) for a\nRegular Meeting Agenda\nNovember 17, 2025\nnot-to-exceed amount of $143,198; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designed to execute the agreement with ICC-IMS, and\nany extensions or amendments thereto, subject to review by the City Attorney.
