5)\nCONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 SALARY\nPLAN FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES, CITY COUNCILMEMBERS, CITY MANAGER AND POLICE\nCORPORALS AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES TO THE PART-TIME BARGAINING UNIT GROUP\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8419, amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Salary Plan for Hourly\nEmployees, City Councilmembers, City Manager and Police Corporals and implement\nchanges to the Part Time Bargaining Group Memorandum of Understanding; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive corrections, and execute all related\ndocuments.
