11J. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT OF CITY FINANCE\nMANAGER TO THE ROLE OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-189, which will:\n1. Acknowledge the appointment of Sheryl Mariano, Finance Manager as the\nDeputy City Treasurer, coterminous with the Finance Manager’s tenure in\nthat role, in accordance with the official confirmation of the appointment\nmade by the City Treasurer during the Regular Meeting of the Investment\nAdvisory Committee on October 30, 2025.\n2. Acknowledge the authorization of the Deputy City Treasurer to perform\nthe duties of the City Treasurer in accordance with San Clemente Municipal\nCode section 2.14.030 and Government Code sections 41003\nNovember 18, 2025\nand 41005.
