7.\nACCEPTANCE OF LENNAR HOMES IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE OF\nBONDS FOR TRACT 18188\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Accept as complete the tract improvements\nand monumentation constructed by Lennar Homes of California, Inc., A\nCalifornia Corporation, for Tract 18188. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to\nrelease the Subdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision Labor and\nMaterials Bonds, both in the amount of $612,450 for the tract civil\nimprovements, the Subdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision\nLabor and Materials Bonds both in the amount of $1,301,339.93 for the\nfront yard landscaping and irrigation improvements, and the Subdivision\nImprovement Monumentation Bond in the amount of $22,000. 3. Authorize\nthe City Clerk to release the Subdivision Improvement Warranty. Bond in\nthe amount of $61,245 for the tract civil improvements and the Subdivision\nImprovement Warranty Bond in the amount of $130,134 for the front yard\nlandscaping and irrigation improvements one year after acceptance of the\npublic improvements for Tract 18188 with the concurrence of the Director\nof Public Works/City Engineer.
